Virtual Fall Plugfest 2021

September 21 – 23, 2021

Due to on-going concern over the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and related travel restrictions,
the AEF decided to cancel the 2021 Fall Plugfest that was scheduled from September 20 to 24, 2021 in Stuttgart, Germany.

In its place the AEF is organizing a virtual Plugfest from September 21 – 23, 2021.
 
Virtual Plugfest registration was open via the AEF Database for participants until September 12, 2021. 83 testers have registered their equipment for VT & TC (including FMIS) testing. Morning and afternoon test sessions are planned during all Plugfest days to offer testing capabilities for all AEF Member companies across different continents and time zones. Necessary software applications and related instructions will be deployed by Vector Informatik.

The AEF Virtual Plugfest infrastructure’s (including Vector applications and hardware) suitability for VT and TC Functionalities has been proved with up to 15 participants during two pilot events.
